Our Services
The Seasonal Planter Club offers four thoughtfully timed planter refreshes each year, with installations in March, June, September, and November. Members also receive two complimentary seasonal clean-outs, including fresh moss top-offs after the first hard freeze and again in late summer—a $200 value designed to keep planters looking polished between plantings.
Membership is complimentary. Each seasonal visit is priced at $100 per planter for design and installation, plus the cost of plants, with an invoice sent after installation. You’ll be contacted one week prior to each planting to confirm timing and ensure a seamless experience. This membership is ideal for clients who want beautiful, well-maintained planters without having to think about the details.

Bee Contained Edible Garden Concierge, is a full-service, year-round gardening experience. We provide the infrastructure, the expertise, and the labor, leaving you to enjoy the harvest.
Your garden will be under the expert care of our resident Garden Specialist. This isn’t a "set it and forget it" service; it is a year-long partnership in fresh living. Your subscription includes:
Monthly Expert Visits: Ensure your garden is thriving.
Complete Maintenance: Organic fertilization, pest management, soil health checks, frost protection.
Seasonal Rotation: As the seasons shift, so does your garden. Spent crops will be replaced with new seasonal varieties so you always have something fresh to pick.
Harvest: Ripe produce will be harvested, ready for your kitchen.

Raised Bed and Initial Installation: Your choice of our curated raised garden beds, soil, first planting and garden setup
Monthly Maintenance: $125 every month plus the cost of additional herbs and vegetables.

First purchase includes the planter, herbs, snipping shears, care guide, inspiration and delivery. Subsequent seasons provide a clean out and replant of the upcoming season’s herbs.
Herb gardens are planted, serviced and refreshed the week of March 22nd, May 18th and October 11th.

We’ll walk the property or review photos together, discuss plant choices, materials, and placement, and provide transparent pricing and timeline options. After the consultation you’ll receive a clear proposal with recommended designs and next steps to bring a calm, polished outdoor space to life.

Arrangements are custom designed based on client preference, sun, and water requirements. Planters typically look beautiful for 3 - 4 months, however care or weather can extend or shorten the life of the flowers.
Pricing
A design and installation fee of $100 plus the cost of the plants will be applied to each planter. Prices vary depending on season, availability and requested plants. Typically a large front door planter is $175 - $225 and lasts 3 - 4 months.
Process
Service is requested online and confirmed with a clear estimate and installation week. Our team completes all work outdoors, so there’s no need to be home. An invoice is sent after installation, and two weeks later we follow up to check on your flowers and ensure everything is thriving.

We combine design expertise, seasonal color know-how, and personalized service to create planters that make your home look welcoming in every season.

We’re happy to plant in your existing containers or help you source new ones that fit your home’s style.

Most seasonal planters need watering every 1–2 days, depending on weather. We suggest installing irrigation and can help arrange the service at your home. For hand watering, please water each planter for a minimum of 60 seconds.

Yes, we will trim, replace annuals and fertilize throughout the season.

All designs are custom, so pricing varies. $100 per planter for design & installation plus the cost of plants and adornments. Pricing varies based on season, plant selection, and design. Typically, a residential planter is $175 - $250 and should last 3 - 4 months based on conditions and care.

Plants are selected based on your home’s sun/shade conditions, seasonal color palette, and your personal style preferences. We select the healthiest plants for your conditions, but nature can be unpredictable. If something struggles early in the season, contact us and we’ll replace the plant.

Absolutely! We love customizing planters to reflect your style. Just note your preferences at booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 3–4 weeks before the season starts — so we can reserve your spot and source the best plants for your home.
